Managing Director
A design professional with over twenty years experience in designing and implementing corporate identities and brand management systems within the insurance and motor industries.

Suzanna Bailes
Assistant Studio Manager
Before coming to work at Cohesion, Suzanna gained over 20 years experience as PA working at Chief Exec and Director level across a wide variety of sectors which she succinctly sums up as “wine, women and song”.

Jo Beer
Senior Designer
15+ years working in advertising agencies in London. As an Art Director Jo worked closely with copywriters and clients to achieve some great results! Always a happy soul in the office, still likes to doodle on a bit of layout paper to get those ideas flowing and enjoys a good 'ol banter with our clients and suppliers.

Mark Bickerton
Senior Designer
Mark has progressed swiftly through the ranks of design studios for over twenty years. Mark’s natural flair for all things artistic and creative was spotted and handpicked during his final year at school - he has been developing his skills and guiding projects from conception within a variety of design agencies in both London and Kent ever since. A passion for typography and meticulous attention to detail are always at the forefront of his mind.

Adele Humphries
Studio Manager
A Mac professional since their inception, Adele is an English graduate who defected early in her career from editorial to design, but who has always maintained involvement with both. She has managed the publications department for the Freight Transport Association producing marketing materials on behalf of members such as Esso, Mercedes-Benz and the TGWU.

An accomplished marketing and communications professional with 12 years’ financial services and B2B experience. Skilled in delivering strategies and campaigns that sit directly alongside business and sales objectives.
Achievements
Making sure 300 guests from all over London and the home counties arrived on time at Dulwich Picture Gallery for champagne and canapés, despite the closure of London Bridge and the re-routing of many, many trains!
Winning the first awards submission I ever wrote.
Taking the car park of a brand new office block and turning it into the venue for a family fun day for 500 people.
